Dr Nay Yee Thwin

Dr Nay Yee Thwin graduated from the University of Medicine in Myanmar in 2004. Since then she has been working as a GP in her home country and here in WA since 2013. Dr Nay’s special interests include family medicine, women’s health, paediatrics.

Dr Vanessa Orsi 

Dr Orsi received her MBBS at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Minas Gerais in 2005 and has been working as a General Practitioner in Brazil for the last 7 years. She has a special interest in Women’s Health, Adolescent Health, and Mental Health.



Dr Danielle Soo

Dr Danielle Soo graduated medical school from University College Dublin, Ireland in 2011. She has been in Perth since 2012 working mainly at Joondalup Health Campus. She has had experience in general medicine, anaesthetics, geriatrics and paediatrics, and is also an advanced trainee with the Australian college of Emergency Medicine.

Her special interests include General Medicine, Paediatrics and Preventative health.

Dr Patrick Lee

Dr Patrick Lee graduated from University College Dublin 2011. He completed his internship in Ireland before moving to Perth 2012 where he has worked in various hospitals including Sir Charles Gairdner and Joondalup Health Campus. He has extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and has also worked in  Aged Care, Gastroenterology, Rehabilitation Medicine and Oncology. More recently he has been working as a GP in Donnybrook and Boyup Brook. He has recently completed a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health through the University of Sydney.

Dr Lee’s special interests include paediatrics, men’s health and chronic disease management.

Dr Sam Maurice

Dr Sam Maurice graduated in 2000 and has been working as a GP for more than 14 years. He has an extensive experience working in different remote areas in WA. His special interests include mental health, skin surgery, chronic diseases management and paediatrics. Dr Sam will be working in both our Bunbury and Eaton Clinics.

Dr Sonia Ferrero

Dr Sonia Ferrero graduated from University Degli Studi di Torino in Italy in 2001. Dr Ferrero has vast experience in the medical field from her extensive placements in the hospital system in Italy with Geriatric Medicine, General Medicine, Emergency and trauma, skin ulcers, Mental health, Women’s health including sexual health, family planning, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Paediatrics.
Before moving to Bunbury this year Dr Ferrero worked in a surgery in Perth, Dr Ferrero’s special interests are General Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Chronic illness, Women’s health and skin ulcers.

Dr Farhan Aizaz

Dr Farhan Aizaz graduated from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan in 2002.

Dr Farhan has worked for 4 years in various Medical specialties including General Medicine, Geriatrics, Respiratory Medicine , Endocrinology and Neurology as Medical Registrar in various hospitals of Perth like Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Joondalup Health Campus, Hollywood Private Hospital and Swan District Hospital . He then proceeded to the Pilbara and worked in the Emergency Department in Hedland Health Campus for 4 years and concurrently worked as General Practitioner in Port Hedland.

He has interest in all areas of General Practice including General Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Mental health, Paediatrics and is equipped with In Practice Procedural Skills. Dr Farhan works in our Eaton and Bunbury surgeries.

 Dr Thet (Tim) Htwe

Dr Thet Htwe graduated from the medical university in Myanmar in 2009. Before coming to Bunbury, he worked as a resident medical officer at Rockhampton Base Hospital in Central Queensland and as a GP in Newcastle, New South Wales for about 3 years. His special interests include general medicine, aged care and men’s health.

Dr Emily Hill

Dr Emily Hill graduated from medical school in the UK in 2010 and worked in the NHS for two years before moving to WA in 2012. Since then she has worked in many of the teaching hospitals in Perth in specialties including general medicine, geriatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology. Her special interests include general medicine, aged care, women’s health and child health.

Dr Hajime Yamauchi

hajime-crop-2Dr Yamauchi graduated from Okinawa in Japan. After he moved to Australia he has been working in Bunbury Regional Hospital and Peel Health Campus for 8 years.

His special interests are general medicine, nutrition medicine and palliative care.

Dr Swagat Shrestha


Dr Swagat Shrestha is a medical graduate from Kathmandu University (2002/. Dr Shrestha has worked as a psychiatry registrar at Royal  Perth Hospital in 2009 and as a medical registrar for 6 years in general medicine, geriatric medicine and various clinical specialties including neurology, gastroenterology, cardiology, rheumatology, nephrology, respiratory medicine, oncology at various hospitals including Royal Perth, Fiona Stanley, Bentley, Armadale and Kalgoorlie. Dr Shrestha has also worked in Emergency at Armadale hospital for 6 months before moving to Bunbury in 2016. Dr Shrestha has completed his GP  Fellowship with FRACGP (Australia) in January 2018.

Dr Shrestha’s special interests are in all areas of general  practice, including men’s health, mental health, General medicine and chronic disease management.

Dr Michelle Watson

Dr Michelle Watson is a medical graduate from the University of Tasmania. Dr Watson moved to Bunbury in 2011 after finishing an internship and residency at Joondalup HC, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Dr Watson began GP training in 2011 in Bunbury and is interested in General Practice, particularly Nutrition, Adolescent Health, Mental Health, Paediatrics, Women’s health, especially antenatal/post-natal care.

Dr Russell Wallis

Dr Wallis has worked at Bunbury Regional Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital and Kalgoorlie Hospital. Dr Wallis special interests are general medicine and occupational health.

Dr Sudha Arunkumar

img_0377Dr.Sudha Arunkumar is a medical graduate from India who went to Ireland for Paediatrics training. She trained there for 2 years and obtained her Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians and Child Health, UK. Dr.Arunkumar then moved to Australia with her family in 2007. She has worked in Paediatrics in various hospitals in Australia, including the King Edward Memorial Hospital, Subiaco, The Royal Darwin Hospital, Darwin, Monash Medical Centre, Clayton and The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.  She has also worked in Bunbury Regional hospital from October 2014 to June 2015.  Dr.Arunkumar’s special interests are Paediatrics and women’s health.

Dr Jude D’Cruz

judeDr Jude D’Cruz studied at Charing Cross Hospital Medical School, University of London and qualified in 1982. Dr D’Cruz has special interests in gastroenterology, mental health and paediatrics. Dr D’ Cruz has been doing general practice in Australia now for three years .

Dr Alejandra Olgiati

Dr Alejandra Olgiati graduated in 2002 from El Salvador University of Buenos Aires Argentina. Dr Olgiati has special interests in Women’s health, antenatal care ( not deliveries) and children’s health. Dr Ale is also trained in cosmetic injectables and laser treatments ( including gynaecology laser treatments).

Dr Sanet du Plessis

Dr Christopher (Topher) Redgment

With qualifications including obs/gynae, occ health, family planning and emergency medicine his experience has ranged from IVF in London to offshore oil and gas in Borneo. For the last ten years, he has worked in General Practice.

Dr Neil Benson is an experienced GP having worked in Canada and New Zealand, before coming to Western Australia in 2012. He was trained in British Columbia, Canada ( this explains his funny Canadian accent) Medically he has a special interest in nutrition and allergies.

Dr Iryna Oleshko graduated from Medical University in Ukraine.
Dr Oleshko worked as a General Practitioner in Ukraine and Africa from 2001 and in 2010 moved permanently to Australia to continue her practice.
Dr Oleshko is interested in women’s and paediatric health, general health care and chronic disease management.

Dr Nerissa (Nerie) Pecache

Trained in Manila Philippines and graduated as a fellow of the pediatric society in 1987, Dr Pecache spent 3 years practicing as a pediatrician in the Philippines and then moved to Australia in 1996. Dr Pecache began working in Melbourne and then moved to Perth in 1999 to work in Princess Margaret and King Edwards Hospital, she has been working in Bunbury since 2013 at the Bunbury Regional Hospital. Dr Pecache’s special interests are pediatrics, new born’s and women’s health.
