Dr Abdel Ghobrial
Dr Ghobrial completed a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland and James Cook University Respectively. Dr Ghobrial then moved to WA where he went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle.
He has experience working at Royal Perth, Rockingham and Armadale Hospitals. Also experience working in general practice in Geraldton and Perth.
Dr Ghobrial’s interests include Internal Medicine, Pharmacology and Skin Cancer Surgery.
Dr Candice Simpson
After completing medical training at the University of Melbourne’s Rural Clinical School and working for 4 years at the Geelong Hospital, Candice moved to Far North Queensland to complete her GP/rural generalist training. She spent 2 years working in Cooktown and completed her GP anaesthetics training at Hervey Bay Hospital.
Candice has a passion for rural medicine and for providing comprehensive care to all her patients. She has a special interest in sports medicine, volunteering as team doctor for South West Phoenix soccer club, as well as being on the Australian and Queensland medical teams for Special Olympics.
Dr Chris Kusch
MRCGP (London), FRACGP
Chris Kusch completed his training as a GP in the Lake District, England in 2004. Since then Chris Kusch has worked as a GP in the UK, Oueensland and Victoria and for the British and Australian Defence Forces before starting as a GP at Australind in 2015. Dr Kusch has an interest in patient education and experience in Occupational Medicine.
Dr Zaw Htet
Dr Htet completed MBBS in Myanmar and Master of Biomedical Science (Infectious Diseases) from Curtin University of Technology Perth. He worked as a Hospital Medical Officer and Assistant Surgeon for a few years in Myanmar. He has worked as a GP in Midland, Perth for nearly 4 years.

Dr Kristen White
Dr White was born and raised in Perth, WA. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing through Edith Cowan University and worked for many years in ICU and ED before studying medicine. She obtained her MBBS through Oceania University of Medicine Samoa where she worked for a further 15 months after being awarded her degree. Dr White returned to WA and commenced at Armadale Hospital. She has worked in general practice in Harvey and Bunbury. She has a special interest in Indigenous health, chronic disease, addiction and mental health.
Dr Rochelle Orap
Dr Orap graduated in Manila , Philippines and graduated as fellow of paediatric society in the Philippines . She moved to Australia in 2006 and worked at Canberra Hospital , Westmead Children’s Hospital and Blacktown / Mt. Druitt Hospital. She moved to Perth in 2016 to pursue general practice . Rochelle’s special interest are children health , women’s health , travel medicine and general medicine .
