Rehabilitation Return to Work/Sport

Working with our Physiotherapist and GPs we develop a graduated Return to Work or Sport Exercise Program that will assist the return to functional movement appropriate to the individuals’ workplace/sporting tasks. Our Exercise Physiologists can turn a possible long term chronic injury into a more manageable and readily treated issue.

General Health & Wellbeing

Prioritise your Wellbeing!

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists can provide the direction and advice specific to the individual to make an exercise program safe and effective. They will assess your diet and current exercise regime to make the exercise program compatible with your lifestyle.

Sports Specific Training

Your ability to maximise your sporting performance can be enhanced through our Exercise Physiologists and their application of current sports science techniques. Application and variation of the FITT principle will be applied to best suit the individuals goals.

Ergonomic Assessments
