Bunbury is the main site for all of Brecken Health Care. We currently have 22 Doctors, 3 Physiotherapists and 1 Exercise Physiologist.

Dr Swagat Shrestha is a medical graduate from Kathmandu University (2002). Dr Shrestha has worked in Australia since 2009 in emergency medicine, general medicine, geriatric medicine and a lot of different clinical specialities as a Medical Registrar at various hospitals including Royal Perth Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital, Armadale Hospital, Bentley Hospital, Kalgoorlie Hospital.
His interest are in varieties of areas including Family Medicine, Cardiology and General Medicine.
Dr Oo is from Myanmar and graduated from the university of Medicine Mandalay in 2010. Dr Oo has been working in Perth s a GP for 1.5 years. His special interests are general medicine and men’s health.
Dr Oo is working at our Eaton Surgery and shifts in our Bunbury surgery.
Dr Michelle Watson is a medical graduate from the University of Tasmania. Dr Watson moved to Bunbury in 2011 after finishing an internship and residency at Joondalup HC, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Dr Watson began GP training in 2011 in Bunbury and is interested in General Practice, particularly Nutrition, Adolescent Health, Mental Health, Paediatrics, Women’s health, especially antenatal/post-natal care.
Dr Russell Wallis is a born and bred Bunbury Boy who studied at The Universit of WA in Perth and graduated in 2009. Dr Wallis has worked at Bunbury Regional Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital and Kalgoorlie Hospital. Dr Wallis special interests are general medicine and occupational health.
Dr Sudha Arunkumar is a medical graduate from India who went to Ireland for Paediatrics training. She trained there for 2 years and obtained her Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians and Child Health, UK. Dr Arunkumar then moved to Australia with her family in 2007. She has worked in Paediatrics in various hospitals in Australia, including the King Edward Memorial Hospital, Subiaco, The Royal Darwin Hospital, Darwin, Monash Medical Centre, Clayton and The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. She has also worked in Bunbury Regional hospital from October 2014 to June 2015. Dr Arunkumar’s special interests are Paediatrics and women’s health.
Dr Jude D’Cruz studied at Charing Cross Hospital Medical School, University of London and qualified in 1982. Dr D’Cruz has special interests in Gastroenterology, Mental Health and Paediatrics. Dr D’ Cruz has been doing general practice in Australia now for three years .
Dr Alejandra Olgiati graduated in 2002 from El Salvador University of Buenos Aires Argentina. Dr Olgiati has special interests in Women’s health, antenatal care ( not deliveries) and children’s health.
Dr Sanet du Plessis obtained her medical degree in South Africa. Dr du Plessis has been living and working in Southwest hospitals for 8 years and has decided to graduate general practice. Dr du Plessis has a wide variety of interests within general practice.
Dr Christopher Redgment has worked in the UK, Africa and Asia. With qualifications including Obs/Gynae, Occupational Health, Family Planning and Emergency Medicine his experience has ranged from IVF in London to offshore oil and gas in Borneo. For the last ten years, he has worked in General Practice.
Dr Neil Benson is an experienced GP having worked in Canada and New Zealand, before coming to Western Australia in 2012. He was trained in British Columbia, Canada ( this explains his funny Canadian accent). Medically he has a special interest in nutrition and allergies.
Dr Iryna Oleshko graduated from Kharkov State medical university in the Ukraine. Dr Oleshko as been working for the past 12 years as a general practitioner, Dr Oleshko has special interests in women’s health, cardiology and mental health.
Trained in Manila Philippines and graduated as a fellow of the pediatric society in 1987, Dr Pecache spent 3 years practicing as a pediatrician in the Philippines and then moved to Australia in 1996. Dr Pecache began working in Melbourne and then moved to Perth in 1999 to work in Princess Margaret and King Edwards Hospital, she has been working in Bunbury since 2013 at the Bunbury Regional Hospital. Dr Pecache’s special interests are pediatrics, new born’s and women’s health.
